Chemtura Reofos 65 Flame Retardant
REOFOS® 65 is a flame retardant plasticizer used primarily in PVC and phenolic resins. Triaryl Phosphates Isopropylated. Reofos® 65 is recommended as a flame retardant for PVC, flexible polyurethanes, cellulosic resins, and synthetic rubber. Reofos® 65 is also recommended as flame retardant processing aid for engineering resins, such as modified PPO, polycarbonate and polycarbonate blends.
REOFOS® 65 adalah plasticizer tahan api yang digunakan terutama dalam resin PVC dan phenolic. Triaryl Phosphate Isopropylated. Reofos® 65 direkomendasikan sebagai flame retardant untuk PVC, poliuretan fleksibel, resin selulosa, dan karet sintetis. Reofos® 65 juga direkomendasikan sebagai bantuan pemrosesan penghambat api untuk resin rekayasa, seperti modifikasi PPO, polikarbonat dan campuran polikarbonat.
Chemtura Reolube Turbofluid 46XC
REOLUBE TURBOFLUID 46XC adalah cairan hidraulik berkinerja tinggi yang tahan api yang dirancang untuk digunakan
dalam sistem kendali governor elektrohidraulik dari turbin uap, termasuk sistem yang menggunakan katup servo. Ini adalah triaryl phosphate berdasarkan distilat xylenol yang dipilih, dan diformulasikan untuk disediakan stabilitas oksidasi yang baik. Sifat fisik seperti pelepasan udara berbusa dan demulsibility, juga dikontrol secara hati-hati dalam batas yang ditetapkan pabrik turbin.
REOLUBE TURBOFLUID 46XC juga direkomendasikan untuk digunakan sebagai pelumas yang tahan api, misalnya
dalam turbin uap dan gas. Reolube Turbofluid 46XC memenuhi dan melebihi semua persyaratan OEM utama dan
disetujui oleh FM Global terhadap Standar 6930 untuk ‘cairan hidrolik yang tidak mudah terbakar’. Itu juga memenuhi
persyaratan ISO Standard 12922 dan ASTM 4293 untuk cairan hidraulik hidraulik tipe-HFDR.

MF Series Diaphragm Metering Pumps
These simple, rugged, accurate pumps are used in many industrial plants for injecting a controlled flow of highly reactive liquids such as acids, caustics and water treatment chemicals. Heavy duty industrial grade construction means these tough pumps will deliver many years of trouble free 24-7-365 pumping.
- MF Series pumps are designed for ±1% steady state repeatable accuracy over a 10:1 turndown range.
- Manual output control knob is located on top of the pump for easy access.
- Automatic pump output control is available for pumps equipped with a variable speed motor. Industrial grade worm gear reducer is integral with the pumping mechanism. Precision internal pump parts run in an oil bath for extended service life. No external lubrication required.
- Double diaphragm option is available for superior protection from dangerous liquids. When equipped with the proper materials the MF Series pumps are excellent for pumping dangerous liquids such as acids, caustics and solvents. Liquids with suspended solids such as diatomaceous earth and lime slurry can be accurately pumped.
- Standard motors are industrial grade 1/4 to ¾ HP 56 frame, foot mounted TEFC. Motors are available for explosion proof, washdown, and mill & chem plant duty, and for 1 or 3 phase, 50 or 60 Hz power.
- Tough fabric reinforced rubber diaphragms protect the drive train from the pumped liquid. The short stroke with 3″ diameter piston increases diaphragm life by reducing fatigue.
